Appellation of Origin:
Selected grapes from own vineyards located in the Alt Penedès region (Catalonia, Spain) with an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level.
Skin-contact maceration at 7ºC. Just after fermentation begins, the juice is bled off the skins (the saignée method). The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC.
Expressive floral aromas (rose, violet …) with hints of strawberry and cherry. The palate is intense and slightly unctuous exhibiting notes of fresh red fruits.
This wine is an excellent choice to serve as an aperitif or alongside pasta, rice dishes or grilled white meat.
