Warm climate under the influence of the prelittoral Mediterranean mountain range: cold winters and hot summers (important contrast between low and high temperatures). Rainfall average between 500-600 l/m².

Tasting note

Delicate and pleasant hints of royal jelly merge into deep and imaginative floral notes (orange blossom) giving way to an endless stream of sensations. The authenticity and structure of the Xarel•lo combines with the creativity of the Pinot Noir. A bouquet that takes us on a journey in which we discover a very special cava.

Seafood (large seafood such as lobster).

Raw and marinated fish. Fish or seafood soups. Seafood rice dishes.

Baked white fish (Sole with Hollandaise sauce, Sea Bass in a garlic sauce).

Poultry (chicken, roast turkey).
