‘Champenoise’ method (second fermentation in the bottle) No dosage (sugar added)

Tasting note

The authenticity of the Xarel•lo, the complicity of an expressive ageing reflects the floral notes (orange blossom and jasmine) and toasted nuts. Fresh and alive with an interesting creaminess.

Suitable for every occasion and as a full-bodied cava, it is also perfect for strong meals
