Nose: Clean, with elegant scents, white fruits (apple, pear) framed by vintage touches.
Palate: Its agreeable and delicate palate reflects nose sensations. The suitable vintage, the pleasant and fine effervescence (persistent crown) and perfect acidity level confers a beautifully crafted sparkling with fresh and delicious flavours and rich after taste.
|Light starters: octopus with potatoes, ‘escalivada’ grilled vegetables, lukewarm salad of prawns with Modena vinegar. In general, all the salads with balsamic vinegar match with this cava.
Pasta, fideuá (noodles), ‘risotto’.
Pork meat: tenderloin with sauce of ‘ceps’ (mushrooms), ‘butifarra’ (sausage)…
Several fishes: cod Catalonian style, sole baked in salt, baked turbot.
The Brut Nature 1+1=3 is the kind of cava is the most flexible because it could match with a barbecue; for this reason we can recommend it for both meat and fish but not for desserts where the Brut 1+1=3 is the most suitable for them.
