Climate

Warm climate under the influence of the prelittoral Mediterranean mountain range: cold winters and hot summers (important contrast between low and high temperatures). Rainfall average between 500-600 l/m².

Tasting note

Nose: Clean, fresh, red fruit touches (strawberry, cherry and raspberry)

An elegant and fresh cava, scents of white fruit (ripe grape and apple) combine with a pleasant and long-lasting toasty aroma which comes from its aging.  It is an altogether of complexity, delicacy and tasty experience.

Food pairing

Vegetable dishes such as “timbale”.

‘Escalivada’ – oven-roasted vegetables (pepper, zucchini, eggplant and onions), and goat’s cheese.

Creamy and seafood pasta dishes.

Meats (poultry, pork…).
