Selected grapes from own vineyards located in the Alt Penedès region (Catalonia, Spain) with an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level.
Vinification & Ageing:
Traditional Method of second fermentation in the bottle.
Aged on its lees for a minimum of 12 months.
Dosage: 8,5 g/l
Clean aromas of fresh fruit (apple, peach) with hints of spring flowers. On the palate it is elegant and lingering, with fine pastry and mineral notes.
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with tapas, rice-based dishes and pasta with creamy sauces.
