Appellation of Origin:
Selected grapes from La Pedrera estate (Xarel·lo) and Mas Moió estate (Pinot Noir) in the Alt Penedès region (Catalonia, Spain) at an altitude of 350 metres and 400 metres above sea level respectively.
Vinification & Ageing:
Traditional Method of second fermentation in the bottle.
Aged on its lees for a minimum of 30 months (Gran Reserva)
A full-bodied cava with intense and elegant aromas of ripe white fruit and fine patisserie. On the palate it is complex and structured with notes of figs, royal jelly, toasted almonds and spices.
Recommended with all types of seafood rice dishes or to accompany grilled or stewed white meats.
