Rara Avis Ardea


Made entirely from the Pinot Noir grape variety, Ardea is plenty of finesse and seduces with its elegant notes of red fruit and subtle pastry notes.

Selected grapes from El Parany estate, in Font-rubí (Alt Penedès. Spain), at an altitude of 280 metres above sea level.

Vinification & Ageing:

Traditional Method of second fermentation in the bottle.

Aged on its lees for a minimum of 14 months.

Dosage: 8 gr/L

Alc.: 11,5%

Tasting note:

Great flavor intensity with distinctive aromas of red fruit and rose petals. On the palate it displays elegant raspberry and strawberry notes and a creamy-leesy, lingering finish.

Serving suggestions:

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with Mediterranean food, grilled white meat or fruit desserts.
